Developing a magnetic bead based IVD kit is a laborious task. End-users often need to work with a wide range of volumes, starting with small tubes and increasing the sample size when processes are optimized or simply when sample volumes vary.

The A serie feature SEPMAG® proprietary biomagnetic separation technology, characterized by homogeneous conditions inside the ring.

With SEPMAG® A Systems, end-users can start working with 1.5 ml micro tubes and scale up to either 200 ml (A200ml) or 400 ml (A400ml) volumes. A standard holder for different tubes is provided with each system but customizable adaptors can be supplied to suit end-users' requirements.

Processes are monitored and recorded using our MONITOR hardware and software, which allows the operator to explore the effects of bead size, distribution, concentration and buffer conditions on the separation time.
